Pam Anthony 
Pam is Managing Director of Pam Anthony Recruitment and Founder of the Academy for Direct Sales Training – specialising in Executive Recruitment and Training within the Direct Sales industry. 
Pam Anthony Recruitment was the winner of the DSA Partnership Awards in both 2008 and 2011, adjudged the best of all the 60 or more accredited suppliers to DSA member companies. 
Pam had 18 years experience in a variety of senior corporate sales and marketing positions within direct selling companies including The Body Shop at Home, 
Matchmaker Parties Limited and 13 years with Avon Cosmetics UK & Ireland, before establishing Pam Anthony Recruitment in 2000. 
In addition to recruiting senior and middle management for direct selling companies within the UK and across Europe, Pam launched the Academy in 2011 to offer bespoke training programmes for companies as well as courses for independent direct sellers which lead to nationally-recognised BTEC qualifications. More recently, Pam gained a Diploma in Recruitment Practice and a post-grad certificate in Coaching and Mentoring. 
Allan Bell 
Allan is a leading commercial consultant to the UK Direct Sales Industry. Allan qualified as a Chartered Accountant, before moving into the Direct Sales industry, which led to directorships with major companies including the Dee Group plc, Dorling Kindersley Family Learning and The Body Shop at Home. Allan has filled a variety of board-level roles in direct selling companies, including Financial Director, Commercial Director and Managing Director. 
Allan has a range of specialised practical skills in the financial and commercial area, including the special taxation regime applicable to direct selling companies, as well as Information Technology, Logistics and Operations, coupled with an ability to contribute strategically in a Boardroom environment.  
Allan has served on the Council of the UK DSA, and has also represented the accredited DSA Supplier Members at meetings of the Council, in his capacity of elected leader of the Supplier group. He was, for some years, Chairman of the Legal Affairs Committee of the DSA. 
Nick Mallett 
Nick Mallett is the most experienced English lawyer working in the direct selling industry, having served as an “out-sourced in-house counsel” to many companies (both in the industry and outside it) for over 30 years. 
Having stepped down from partnership, he continues to provide legal counsel to clients as a Consultant to DMH Stallard LLP, the leading law firm in SE England. 
Nick has spoken at many DSA conferences, both in the UK and overseas, and founded the Legal Affairs Committee of the DSA 12+ years ago, serving as its Secretary until 2011. Nick has a high profile within the legal profession and has been a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the City of London Law Society since the mid-1990s, serving as its Chairman 
for five years. He has also represented the national Law Society in negotiations with the European Commission and members of the European Parliament on commercial law reform. 
Nick Mallett is also a member of (and consultant to) a world-wide association of independent commercial law firms, which enables him to retain expert legal advice around the world for our clients.
